Mr Federico De Gado is one of the best Consultant Plastic Surgeon in the Country. He has been practicing at the New Birkdale Clinic for over 15 years and has performed hundreds of surgical cosmetic procedures during this time.
He has a PhD in Plastic surgery and also undertook a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, Sussex between 2003-04.
Mr De Gado has been on the GMC’s specialist register for Plastic Surgery since 2006. At our clinic he has the best surgical outcomes of over 30 surgeons who have worked with us over the past 26 years or so. Mr. Robert Hardy has been working with us since 2011. He is a specialist breast surgeon registered with the GMC and is also on the UK specialist register. He undertakes all aspects of cosmetic breast surgery at the New Birkdale Clinic, including breast augmentation, breast uplift, and breast reduction. His philosophy is to work closely with patients prior to surgery to understand their expectations of surgery. This allows him to fulfil and even surpass these wishes in many cases.
Mr Hardy is also an NHS consultant in breast surgery at Aintree University Hospital, where he performs breast cancer surgery including breast reconstruction. He is the clinical governance lead for breast surgery at Aintree. Mr Hardy is a member of the National Association of Breast Surgeons.
Dr Ashish Dutta has been performing cosmetic surgery for over 30 years in the North East and London starting with obtaining admitting rights at South Tyneside NHS Trust to do cosmetic procedures. He undertook a fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery and subsequently sat for the board certification exam of the International Division of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ID-ABCS) through the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (WAOCS). Dr Dutta was a founding member for the World Academy for Cosmetic Surgery and secretary of the organisation from 2010-2016.
Apart from Breast enlargement, reduction and uplift surgery, Dr Dutta performs plastic surgery on rest of the body including Face-lift, Tummy-tuck, Arm and thigh lifts, Fat-transfer to various areas of body including the breast, eye bag removal, Vaser-Lipo and liposuction.
He is also experienced in genital surgery including Labiaplasty, vaginal tightening and penis enlargement.
Dr Dutta’s pursuit for excellence takes him to various courses and conferences nationally and internationally. He can frequently be found giving lectures and upgrading his skills to remain at the forefront of the cosmetic surgery scenario in the UK. As a dedicated doctor, a keen learner and a people’s person he is one of the respected practitioners in the industry. Dr Dutta also loves to share his knowledge and experiences with other fellow doctors and nurses who work or associate closely with him.
Deborah Elwiss-McNally is our advanced aesthetic nurse practitioner. She has over 20 years of experience in facial aesthetics. She trained in California, USA in 1993 with internationally renowned plastic surgeons Mr Fred Brandt and Dr Tim Flyn. Deborah was also the National Training Manager for a leading dermal filler company, and was responsible for the training of many of the high profile aesthetic practitioners we see in the media today. She has also appeared on GMTV, Lorraine, Good Morning and Making Of A Superbabe, to name but a few.
